Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This compatible secondary HEPA filter keeps suction strong and exhaust air clean on the Fuller Brush FBP-PCV and FB-GIM canisters. Sitting downstream of the bag, it traps the fine particles that would otherwise recirculate into the room.

A clogged or damaged HEPA element chokes airflow, weakens suction, and lets fine dust and allergens back into your home. Because it captures 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns, a fresh filter matters most for allergy and asthma sufferers. Replace it to restore both filtration and pull.
