Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the replacement power cord for Fuller Brush's Speedy Maid upright, model FB-SM, part D434-3143, listed specifically for this machine.

A vacuum cord takes abuse in the same few places on nearly every model: where the plug gets pulled from the wall by yanking the cord instead of the plug itself, and where the cord enters the machine body and flexes each time it gets wrapped for storage. Nicked insulation, a flattened section, or a machine that loses power when the cord is jostled all point to the cord itself rather than something deeper inside the machine. A cord in that condition is a safety concern as much as a performance one, since compromised wiring should never stay in service.
