Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Fuller Brush Rear Wheel and Axle is an OEM part for the FB-SM upright that also fits Simplicity R10P and R10S and Riccar R10P and R10S. The wheel and its axle carry the back of the machine and let it roll smoothly across carpet, tile, and hardwood.

Rear wheels take constant abuse over floor transitions and cords, and a worn or broken wheel makes the vacuum drag, feel noisy, and even scratch hard floors. Replacing the wheel and axle restores effortless movement and protects your flooring from damage caused by a failed wheel.
