Gas Pump Grip Assembly - Lu...

Product details

This is the gas pump grip assembly, part 6000, for the Lux J and 2100. It is the pistol-style handle at the end of the hose, named for its shape, and it is the part you actually hold while the machine is in use.

Handles fail from ordinary use rather than abuse. The plastic fatigues where the hose enters, a mounting boss cracks, or the halves loosen until the grip twists in your hand. Once that happens the machine is awkward to steer and you end up gripping harder to compensate, which is where wrist fatigue on a long job comes from.

A replacement assembly puts a solid, comfortable hold back on the hose. It also fits the Lux 1344. Transfer any fasteners or fittings from the old grip, and match the hose end against the new part before ordering.
