Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

This intake port gasket (Part #818715) is a replacement seal for Hayden central vacuum inlets. The gasket sits at the intake port and forms the airtight seal between the inlet and the hose or piping connection.

A gasket that has hardened, cracked, or flattened lets air leak in at the port, and that leak bleeds off suction throughout the system. Replacing the gasket closes the seal so full suction reaches the hose and cleaning tools.
