Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement geared belt (part #10-3300-03) is a toothed drive belt for the Dyson DC17 upright series. It meshes with the geared brush-roll drive to turn the brush at a constant speed regardless of carpet resistance.

A geared belt with cracked teeth, one that has stretched, or one that has stripped will slip or snap, and the brush roll stops turning even while the motor runs. Once that happens, carpet no longer gets agitated and cleaning drops off. A fresh geared belt restores positive brush drive and steady grooming.
