Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

This is the geared drive belt for the Earlex 950 broom, part 950007. Toothed rather than smooth, it locks into the pulleys instead of relying on friction, so the brush roll turns at a fixed speed rather than slipping under load.

Rubber belts do not last indefinitely. This one hardens with age and heat, the teeth round off, and it eventually skips or snaps. The symptoms follow quickly: the brush roll slows, stalls when it meets thicker carpet, or stops turning entirely while the motor carries on running. A smell of hot rubber usually arrives before any of that.

Clear the hair from the brush roll ends while the belt is off. A roll fighting its way through a hair-packed bearing is what shortens the belt's life in the first place.
