Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement geared drive belt keeps the brush roll turning at the correct speed on the Titan PB11 power nozzle, including the Titan 3320. The toothed belt meshes with the drive gear so the brush roll spins under positive drive rather than friction alone.

Geared belts stretch and lose tension gradually, slowing the brush roll and weakening carpet agitation well before they snap. A worn or broken belt is among the most common causes of poor pickup on carpet. A fresh belt restores full brush-roll speed.
