Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This geared brush roll replaces the worn agitator in Kenmore, Hayden, and Nutone CT600 power nozzles. Designed with integrated ears, wings, and hooks, it matches the original drive geometry so the gear-driven mechanism engages cleanly and turns the brush at full speed.

The roller's bristle rows comb through carpet pile to dislodge embedded dirt, pet hair, and fine debris, letting the central-vac power nozzle airflow whisk it away. Worn brush rolls lose bristle length and brushing contact; this replacement renews the deep-cleaning agitation these power heads are built for.
