Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Plastiflex crushproof central vacuum hose (Part #RF130138050PI) measures 1-3/8 inches in diameter and stretches a full 50 feet for whole-home central vacuum systems. It carries suction from the wall inlet out to your cleaning tools across long runs.
