Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This gray hose assembly (part #10-1117-27) is a replacement attachment hose for the Dyson DC17 upright, cross-referenced to HSE1117. It routes suction from the machine to the wand and handheld tools for above-floor work.

A cracked or clogged hose robs the DC17 of suction, leaving upholstery and stairs poorly cleaned. Splits tend to open at the bends and cuffs where the hose works hardest. A replacement hose reseals the path and brings the tools back to full power. Because the damage is often a thin split, it can be easy to miss until suction has clearly dropped.
