This gray hose assembly (part #10-1117-27) is a replacement attachment hose for the Dyson DC17 upright, cross-referenced to HSE1117. It routes suction from the machine to the wand and handheld tools for above-floor work.
A cracked or clogged hose robs the DC17 of suction, leaving upholstery and stairs poorly cleaned. Splits tend to open at the bends and cuffs where the hose works hardest.
