Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This gray hose assembly (part #10-1110-26) is a replacement attachment hose for the Dyson DC33 upright, cross-referenced to HSE197W. It carries suction from the machine to the wand and tools for above-floor cleaning.

When the hose develops a crack or an internal clog, the DC33 loses suction at the tools and pet hair no longer lifts cleanly. Damage usually starts where the hose flexes at the cuffs. Installing the correct replacement restores the sealed air path and full pickup. The DC33 relies on this hose for all above-floor work, so a sealed replacement is worth fitting at the first sign of weak tools.
