We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The grip cover is the outer sleeve on the handle of a Sharp EC-12TXT7 or EC-14TXT9 series upright, the surface your hand actually touches while you push the machine. Ordered as GC0V-A299VBFA, it is a comfort part rather than a mechanical one, which is why it is often the last thing anyone thinks to replace.

Handle covers split along the seam, work loose on the handle, or wear glossy and slick after years of use. A loose cover twists under your hand, and a split one leaves a hard edge pressing into your palm while you vacuum. Neither stops the machine working, but both make a good vacuum unpleasant to use.

It fits over the existing handle, so nothing needs to come apart to install it. Confirm your Sharp is in the EC-12TXT7 or EC-14TXT9 series before ordering.
