Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The grip housing with screws (part #106955) is a compatible replacement for the ProTeam Sierra backpack electric hose. The housing forms the grip at the hose end and holds the internal connections together, and it includes the screws to close it up.

A cracked or loose grip housing can expose the wiring, work loose in the hand, or let air leak at the hose end. Fitting a fresh housing with its screws restores a solid grip and keeps the electric hose connection sealed and protected.
