Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Hoover motor grommet (part #440004633) is a small rubber mount that cushions the motor inside the machine and dampens the vibration it produces. It sits between the motor and its housing to keep the assembly quiet and steady.

A grommet that has hardened, torn, or compressed no longer absorbs vibration, so the motor transmits noise and shake into the body of the vacuum. Left unaddressed, that added movement can loosen surrounding parts. A fresh grommet returns the motor to quiet, cushioned operation.
