We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Hoover Ground Command bearing housing (part #440004873) fits the CH86000 floor machine. It supports the motor shaft bearing and keeps the shaft aligned as it turns.

When the bearing housing is worn or damaged, the machine can vibrate excessively or make grinding noises as the shaft loses proper support. Left in service, poor alignment accelerates wear on the bearing and shaft. Fitting a sound housing restores smooth, quiet operation.
