Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This blue and white replacement wand extends reach for above-floor cleaning on Electrolux Lux 6500, Epic, and Guardian canisters. It replaces part numbers 47687, 47687-2, and 62230, and a full setup uses two of these wands.

A wand that bends, dents, or loosens at its connection loses the airtight path that carries suction from the hose to your cleaning tool. Fitting a straight, snug replacement wand restores that transfer so tools like dusting brushes and crevice nozzles pull full suction overhead.
