Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This black handle grip (part #805883) replaces the worn grip on a Hayden N/S style central vacuum hose. The grip is the molded section you hold while cleaning, sitting where the hose meets the wand and giving you sure control of the tool.
