Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Hoover Concept handle lead wire (Part #46514001) is a replacement wire for the Hoover 3101 and similar Concept models. It carries power through the handle joint, running from the handle area down toward the motor across the pivot where the handle folds.

Repeated flexing at the handle joint eventually cracks the lead wire, which shows up as power that drops out when you move the handle. A fresh lead wire restores a steady connection through the pivot so the Concept keeps running as you clean.
