Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This handle nut and bolt set for the Koblenz P820 shampooer (Part #46-1675-1) is a replacement fastener kit that fits Koblenz machines using part 6403. These pieces clamp the handle to the machine so it pivots firmly and holds its position during use.

A missing or loosened nut and bolt lets the handle rock and shift, which makes the machine awkward to steer and control. Fresh hardware draws the joint tight again and restores the solid, comfortable handling the machine is designed to have.
