We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This handle receptacle and wire (Part #46326064) is a replacement assembly for the Hoover U4100 series with the square handle tube. The receptacle seats in the handle and its wire carries power down through the handle tube, connecting the handle controls into the vacuum's circuit.

A cracked receptacle or a broken wire at the handle can cut power or make the connection unreliable, so the vacuum runs intermittently or not at all. A fresh receptacle and wire restore a solid electrical link and dependable control from the handle.
