Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement handle release lever fits Hoover models numbered 27, 28, and 305, restoring the foot control that reclines the handle for cleaning. Pressing the lever unlocks the handle so it can tilt back from its upright park position.
