Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Sold five to a pack, this genuine Kirby handle spring washer fits the 516 and the Classic uprights. It is listed as part 137456A and also carries the number 6618.

The washer sits under the handle spring and spreads its load across the joint. It is a small thing that matters more than it looks. Without it the spring winds directly against the casting, scoring a groove into the surface and losing its even tension, and the handle then feels sloppy and vague, holding one position poorly and another not at all.
