Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This long handle tube is a replacement for the Hayden Universal non-switched (N/S) central vacuum hose. The rigid tube forms the grip section where the hose meets the wand, carrying suction and giving you a firm hold during cleaning.
