We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This Kirby Hard Floor Cleaning Concentrate is a 24-ounce bottle formulated for use with the Kirby Multi-Surface Shampoo System and its shampoo tank. The concentrate cleans hardwood, tile, laminate, and vinyl, diluted to the strength the job calls for.

Pre-mixed cleaners waste money and storage space, and the wrong dilution can leave film on a hard floor. A concentrate lets you mix light for routine cleaning or stronger for heavy-duty work, so each floor type gets the right solution without residue left behind.
