Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Kirby Avalir II hard floor system works by spinning a rotary mop roll against sealed flooring, and part 328016 is the replacement for that roll. It is the piece that holds the pad in contact with the floor and drives the mopping action as the machine passes over it.

Rolls wear from the outside in. As the surface flattens and goes uneven, floor contact becomes patchy, and you start seeing streaks, missed strips along the edge of the path, and solution left sitting on the surface rather than worked into it. Hair and thread wound at the ends make it worse by lifting one side clear.

This one is specific to the Avalir II hard floor attachment rather than the carpet brush roll in the nozzle, so be sure which part you are replacing. Clearing wraps from the ends after each use gets noticeably more life out of it.
