Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Hayden all-plastic mounting plate provides the rough-in backing for central vacuum inlet valves installed in standard 2x4 stud walls. It nails or screws between studs to hold the inlet pipe and valve assembly square and secure while drywall is hung and finished. The removable flange lets you trim the plate flush to the wall surface for a clean finished look. Part #1041-01.

Because it is molded entirely from plastic, this plate will not rust or corrode over time the way some metal brackets can.
