Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 57004 is the HEPA filter for Kenmore's cordless 2-in-1 stick vacuums, models 10341 and 10340. It replaces the non-woven filter 561108106 and traps 99.97 percent of particles down to 0.3 microns, so what the machine picks up stays in the machine rather than being blown back out at ankle height.

The signs it needs changing are run time and noise. Loaded media restricts airflow, the battery empties faster because the motor is working against that restriction, and suction at the head fades even though nothing is actually blocked. Grey loading visible in the pleats confirms it.

It fits the Kenmore 12510341, 12510340, DS1020 and DS1030 cordless models, and is also listed for the Kenmore 2316. Seat it fully in its housing so no air slips past the media.
