We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A HEPA element is meant to load up, but a loaded one restricts airflow, and restricted airflow costs suction and leaves the motor working against itself. Households with pets or anyone in the house who reacts to dust have the strongest reason to stay ahead of it, since this filter decides how clean the exhaust is.

Check it whenever you clean the machine and replace it when the media has gone grey or when suction has quietly slipped with no blockage to explain it. Seat the new one flush in its housing before you close the compartment.
