We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Shark's APEX upright routes exhaust air through a HEPA post-motor filter as its final filtration stage. Part CRF81 is the replacement filter for that position on the LZ600.

LZ600 is the only model named for this part, so if your APEX carries a different model number, compare this filter against the one already in the machine before ordering. Post-motor filters from neighbouring Shark models can look alike and still differ at the frame.

This filter slowly loads with the finest particulate the machine collects, since everything larger has already been caught upstream. A filter left in too long restricts airflow even when the pre-filters and dust cup are freshly cleaned, which is why weak suction after a full cleaning of the rest of the machine often traces back to this stage.

Swap it in on a routine basis rather than waiting for a noticeable drop in performance, since by the time suction fades this filter has usually been overdue for a while.
