Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement Bissell Style 79 HEPA filter (Part #F921, also sold as #32076) fits the Bissell models 3596, 3595, 6591, 3574, 3576, 3575, 3590, 35961, 75B21, 75B2, 37604, 3750, 3760, 4220, 6595, 6850, and 6860H. It is the final filtration stage that cleans the exhaust air.

A clogged HEPA filter restricts airflow and lets fine dust escape rather than holding it, which weakens suction and matters most in allergy homes. This element captures 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns, so a fresh one restores both clean air and full pull.
