We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement HEPA and charcoal filter set covers Riccar 1700 and 1800 series uprights, including the Immaculate and Impeccable, along with the Simplicity S-class S36 and S38. The HEPA layer captures fine dust while the charcoal layer helps absorb odors the vacuum picks up.

Once these filters fill with dust and reach their limit for odor, airflow drops, suction weakens, and the exhaust starts carrying fine particles and stale smells back into the room. A fresh two-pack restores airflow, filtration, and cleaner-smelling exhaust.
