Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Hi Reach telescopic extension wand adjusts from 44.5 inches to 60 inches, delivering variable overhead reach for high-reach vacuum cleaning. Slide it out to access ceilings, light fixtures, HVAC vents, and tall walls, then collapse it for easy handling and storage. The telescoping action locks at intermediate lengths so you can dial in the exact reach a job needs.
