Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Built around a 30-foot x 1-3/8" hose, the kit extends your cleaning reach up to roughly 25 feet so you can clear cobwebs, dust, and debris from high ceilings and stairwells without a ladder.

The kit pairs 45-degree and 130-degree curved wands with an 18" adapter wand and a set of four high-reach cleaning tools, letting you angle the suction precisely into corners, along ceiling lines, and around fixtures overhead.
