    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the replacement on/off switch bracket for Hide-A-Hose 4000 Series valves (Part #HS4000V-B). Hide-A-Hose retractable central vacuum inlets use a sliding switch to start and stop suction at the wall; this bracket is the mounting frame that holds that switch mechanism in place within the 4000 Series valve assembly.

    Note that this part is the bracket only — the red slide switch is not included. It is intended for technicians and DIYers rebuilding or repairing a 4000 Series valve where the original switch bracket has cracked or worn, while reusing the existing slide switch and magnet.
