Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Hide-A-Hose 50-foot hose and valve installation kit (Part #11275) provides a complete single-point setup for a retractable central vacuum system with extended reach. The 50 ft Rapidflex hose stays stored inside the wall tubing until you pull it out, then retracts back into the wall under suction — eliminating the hassle of dragging and storing a traditional hose.

The kit is built around the HS5000 inlet valve with rough-in and trim kits and includes the full set of tubing fittings needed to plan and complete a clean installation run.

  • HS5000 valve rough-in and trim kits
  • Hide-A-Hose elbows: 3 x 90° and 2 x 22.5°
  • Standard elbows: 3 x 90° and 2 x 45°
