    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

TK286 is a Wessel-Werk air-driven turbo tool, so its brush roll is turned by a cogged belt off a small turbine that the vacuum's own airflow spins, with no motor, cord, or battery at the nozzle to wear out or charge.

    That airflow-driven agitation is what works dirt and pet hair free of carpet and rug fibers instead of just passing over the top. The nozzle takes the standard 1-1/4 inch, 32 mm neck used across central vacuum wands. Over time the brush strip flattens and picks up wound hair, the cogged belt stretches, and the bearings the roller spins on start to drag, all of which show up as a nozzle that no longer turns freely when you spin it by hand or leaves faint lines in carpet instead of an even pass.
