    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Sapphire is the standout color on this Turbo Zoom kit, built for a Hide-A-Hose retractable system with a matching tool set, a wand, and a caddy alongside the nozzle. The TurboCat Zoom nozzle is air driven, so its brush roll spins on suction pulled through the hose instead of a motor, and there is no cord or charging routine tied to the nozzle.

    The spinning roll is what lifts dirt and pet hair out of carpet and rug fibers instead of just gliding over the surface. Zoom is a 12.5 inch turbobrush on a swivel neck, and it fits any standard wand built for 1-1/4 inch central vacuum attachments. Watch for the usual wear signs on any turbo nozzle: bristles that have flattened, hair wound tightly around the roller, a stretched serpentine belt, or a roll that drags instead of spinning freely when turned by hand, all of which mean less agitation reaching the carpet even though suction at the hose feels fine. That gap between normal suction and weak agitation is what makes a worn turbo nozzle easy to overlook until you compare the pass against a new one.

    The included wand extends reach to stairs and corners, the tool set covers detail cleaning off the carpet, and the caddy keeps the sapphire-finish kit together at the inlet between uses rather than scattered piece by piece around the house.
