    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This Hide-A-Hose central vacuum accessory kit pairs the air-driven TurboCat turbo carpet nozzle with a full 50-foot retractable hose fitted with a protective sock and the genuine Hide-A-Hose handle. It cleans an entire floor of a home from one wall valve (Part #11261B50GL).

    The 50' hose includes a soft cloth sock that guards walls and furniture from scuffs while it retracts into the in-wall tubing after use. The TurboCat nozzle uses suction airflow to spin its brushroll, releasing ground-in dirt and pet hair with no electrified powerhead required.
