Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement cleaning roller (Part #F1Z-CLR01) fits the HiZero F100 Bionic Mop, including the 3430 model. The roller is the polymer cleaning element that wipes the floor and lifts both dry debris and wet mess as the machine passes.

With regular use the roller wears down, flattens, or wraps with hair and thread, and once it does the mop stops making firm, even contact with the floor. Pickup and wiping quality drop off as a result. Fitting a fresh roller restores full floor contact and clean, consistent results.
