Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement hood for the Kenmore canister power nozzle is the upper housing that covers the brush roll and belt and maintains the nozzle's structural integrity. Keeping this cover intact protects the internal drive components and holds the nozzle's shape as it works.

A cracked, damaged, or missing hood exposes the brush roll and belt and lets the nozzle flex out of shape, which can throw off cleaning and let debris into the drive. Replacing the hood restores the protective cover and returns the nozzle to proper working condition.
