Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Hoover 4515 motor winding (Part #45421020) is a replacement field winding for the Hoover 4515 vacuum motor. This coil supplies the magnetic field the armature turns against, and it is a core part of what gives the motor its suction and cleaning power.
