This Hoover 6-brush block is the rotating scrub assembly for the Hoover FloorMate hard-floor cleaner. The six rows of bristles spin against sealed hard floors to loosen sticky residue, ground-in grime, and dried spills while the machine applies and recovers cleaning solution, the action that lets a FloorMate actually wash a floor rather than simply wet-mop it.
It fits Hoover FloorMate models FH40005, FH40010, FH40011, and FH40020. The brush block is a wear part: as the bristles soften and splay from use, the machine scrubs less effectively and can leave streaks. A fresh brush block restores even, full-width scrubbing contact.
