We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the drive belt for Hoover's UH77100 series uprights, stocked as part 440015893. It transfers rotation from the motor shaft to the brush roll.
Belts stretch. Long before one breaks it will slip under load, and slipping is the harder fault to spot because everything sounds right: the motor runs, the machine feels normal, and the brush roll is simply turning too slowly to disturb the pile. Debris starts sitting on the carpet after a pass, and a rubbery smell from the base is the belt burnishing against a pulley it can no longer grip.
The belt fits the Hoover UH77100, UH77100V, UH77110, UH77120, UH77200V and UH77210V. Clear hair from the brush roll shaft while the base is open, since a loaded roller is what stretches the next belt early.
