Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement latch assembly (Part #36153004) fits Hoover broom and stick vacuums, covering models S2505, S2515, S2531, S2535, S2541, S2541-040, S2543, S2545, S2561, S2569, S2571, and S2610. It clicks the dust compartment lid shut and holds it there during vacuuming.

Once the latch wears out or snaps, the lid no longer stays closed and collected debris falls straight back onto the floor you just cleaned. A working latch keeps the compartment sealed so the machine holds what it picks up.
