We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 440013593 is the brush roll for the Hoover OnePWR Blade cordless stick vacuum, model BH53310, measuring 8-3/4 inches. It is confirmed for the BH53300 and BH53320 as well, which share the same nozzle width across the Blade line.
A cordless stick vacuum leans hard on its brush roll because there is no separate power nozzle doing agitation work behind it; the roll is the whole story for carpet performance. Once the bristles flatten, a floor that used to come clean in one pass starts needing two or three, and the difference is usually visible on the carpet before runtime or suction ever drops off.
Battery-powered sticks also run their brush roll off the same charge that powers suction, so a bound-up or dragging roll pulls extra current for no cleaning benefit and shortens the runtime you get from a full charge. If a Blade has started finishing sooner on the same charge as before, checking the roll for wound hair is worth doing alongside checking the battery itself.
Hair wraps tightly around a roll this narrow, and on a stick vacuum it is often the first thing to bind the roll and drag the motor, well before the bristles themselves are actually worn. Clear it fully before deciding the roll needs replacing.
