We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. FlexForce brush roll for the Hoover SmartWash, part 440012808. It fits the SmartWash, SmartWash Gen 2 and SmartWash PET machines: the FH52000 and FH52000G, FH52001 and FH52001G, FH52002 and FH52002G, the FH52005CDI and FH52005GCD, the FH52013 and FH52023V, and the FH53000 line including the FH53000PC, FH53000TV1 and FH53010.
Worth knowing before you order: these are sold individually and the machine takes two, so a full refresh means a pair.
The rollers scrub while the machine sprays, and wet bristles working against grit go soft and splayed faster than a dry brushroll ever would. Once they do, the machine lays solution down and pulls it back without having worked the pile at all, and the carpet dries flat and dull. Fresh rollers put the mechanical scrubbing back into the pass.
