We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 59135316 is the complete agitator, or brush roll, for the Hoover S3825 Elite Cyclonic and the SH40040 Multi Cyclonic uprights. It is supplied as a full assembly, so the bristle strips, the shaft and the end fittings all arrive as one unit.
Brush rolls fail by wearing rather than breaking, which is why they get overlooked. The bristles shorten and round off, the roller stops reaching into the pile, and carpet keeps its flattened, dusty look after a pass that used to leave it lifted. Compare the bristle length in the middle of the roller with the length at the very ends; a clear difference means the working section is done.
Wound hair and thread at the end caps add drag and shorten a roller's life considerably, so cut them away every few months. It fits the Hoover S3825 and SH40040.
