Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM Hoover brush roll for the Presto Broom (Part #440002093) fits the Hoover BH20090 and other similar models. The roller carries the bristles that agitate carpet fibers and sweep debris on both carpet and hard floors.

As the bristles wear down, the brush roll loses its bite and leaves dirt behind on carpet and in the seams of hard floors. A fresh roller restores firm agitation and noticeably better pickup across surfaces.
