Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The lock washer (Part #36128003) is a replacement fastener component for the Hoover Conquest commercial vacuum, fitting models C1119 and C1119-080. It sits under a screw or nut and grips to keep that fastener from backing out under vibration.

Commercial machines run for hours at a stretch, and steady vibration slowly works ordinary fasteners loose. A single missing lock washer can let a screw rattle out, which leads to loose panels, noise, or eventual component failure. The correct washer holds the joint tight through long daily use.
